Why am I collecting your data?
So that I can reply to your email, send you information that you request about my services, to ask questions and confirm details about your booking, and to send you any paperwork regarding your booking.

What information will I collect from you?
For my services to be used I will need to collect your name, email address and phone number. I will also need to ask details about your wedding/event day so that we can complete the booking.

How will your data be collected?
Your data will be collected by direct contact with you through email or telephone. Emails and attachments may be monitored for reasons of security and I may block email addresses if they do not meet with my office policy.

How will your collected data be stored?
It will be stored in my gmail account and on my computer, which is located in a secure office location and a copy will be held on my secure iCloud server. The information you give me will be held in your 'Booking Form' which I will send to you four weeks before your wedding/event day.

When you book my services I will ask you if there are any event organisers who are involved with organising your wedding such as a wedding planner or hotel event planning staff. If so, I will ask your permission to contact them so that I can double check that the timings and other details I have matches up with their schedule.

If I wish to collect any further information from you I will ask you openly, and you will have the choice to accept or decline. By declining, this will not affect the service you receive from me and it does not affect your consumer rights.
